I wanted to write to thank you for the efficient service that I received following recent placement of a small order for pigeon spikes.
From simple browsing, I found your very informative website and conducted a very easy on-line transaction. Within only a day or two, I received my purchase, well packaged and with thoughtful supply of further information (and a spare copy for a neighbour!).
The product, although simple, was exactly what I was looking for to prevent pigeons from depositing droppings on a newly constructed wooden swing/slide/playcentre. It was easy to install and thus far has been very effective - no more daily cleaning the swing seats and slide!
It's not often but it's just great when something just works well. I'm really pleased not only with the quality of your product but also your great service.
